Not everything can be fixed in a van. Phones, tablets, laptops and desktops come to the bench, where there is a microscope, a soldering station, a hot plate and the parts to hand. We work by appointment rather than as an open counter, because the same hands are often out on an appliance call. Call or text first and we will set a time to meet you.

Tell us the symptom, when it started, and what changed just before it appeared. That single answer often names the fault.
We assess the device and quote before any work begins. Nothing is replaced and nothing is billed without your yes.
You approve by phone, text or email, and we order what the job needs. Same-day parts are common; unusual screens are not.
We test before you collect, and the work carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour.

Assessment is free. Screen, battery and charge-port work is quoted before we touch the device, so you know the number at the handover rather than at collection. Board-level repairs, data recovery and jobs that need an ordered part are quoted once the device is open.

Where we do this work

Based in Lemon Grove, our core service area runs about twelve miles out — a tight ring on purpose, because it is what lets us hold a same-day window and arrive when we say we will. Larger jobs further out are welcome: call and we will tell you honestly whether the trip makes sense.

How do I bring a device in?

Call or text (858) 267-9438 and we will arrange a drop-off time. There is no open counter, because the bench and the field calls share the same pair of hands. A scheduled handover means your device is never left unattended.

Is there a charge for the assessment?

No. The assessment is free, and anything we do afterwards is quoted and approved by you first.

How long does a screen repair take?

Most common iPhone and Samsung screens are done the same day, often within a couple of hours, because the parts are stocked. A screen for an older or unusual model has to be ordered, which usually means one to three days.

Will I lose the data on my device?

Screen, battery and charge-port work does not touch your storage, so your files stay where they are. If the fault is in the drive or the board, we tell you up front what is at risk and get your approval before doing anything that could affect data.

Do you repair Macs as well as Windows machines?

Yes. Macs, MacBooks, Windows laptops and desktops all come to the same bench. We also handle tablets, including iPads and Galaxy Tabs.

Do you service appliances too, or only phones and computers?

Both, but they are handled differently. Large appliances are repaired in your home and booked as a visit. Phones, tablets and computers come to the bench, by appointment.
